The cloud-based system is easy to use and requires no special training. While help documents are provided within the Dashboard, additional assistance may be provided to address issues that may arise. Do I need to purchase any additional equipments?

All services are cloud-based, therefore no software is required to be downloaded or purchased. Additionally, any hardware used for service provision (such as WiFi access points) are provided by and remain the property of DragonfliMedia.

Do you have a contract?
